We always recommend first-time clients start with a ‘Skin Consultation’. It is an in-depth, 30min assessment where our skin experts can learn your skin history, understand your concerns, and provide tailored treatment and/or product options for you to choose from.

Due to TGA regulations we are unable to advertise or promote specific services that involve the use of prescription medications.

All persons looking to get treatments with our in-clinic RN are required to have an initial consultation appointment first.

We also cannot give quotes for certain services over the phone, via email, or on social media. Quotes can only be given after a face-to-face consultation with our RN.

Gift vouchers can be purchased in the clinic or over the phone (during our opening hours).

Gift vouchers that are purchased over the phone can be collected from the clinic at an alternate time (within trading hours), or can be posted for a small fee.
