The Emsella is a revolutionary, non-surgical and non-intrusive treatment for urinary incontinence and a weakened pelvic floor
The treatments can greatly decrease urinary and urge incontinence by repairing the pelvic floor muscles. In addition, it can have the extra benefit of improved sexual function, resulting from the tightening of the vaginal walls. This improves the vaginal laxity women can experience after giving birth.
The Emsella, also known as the ‘Kegel Throne’, uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to stimulate deep pelvic floor muscle spasms, known as super maximal contractions. The repetitive stimulation leads to regained control over pelvic floor muscles and bladder to reduce the severity of stress urinary incontinence.
The effects are instant and ongoing. Patients reported that with just six treatment cycles in three weeks, their incidence of stress urinary incontinence was improved by 95%.

This may vary depending on your age, physical condition, and many other aspects. In general, patients begin to feel tangible results right after the treatment. Positive results typically continue to improve over the next few weeks.

Nothing in life lasts forever and this will vary according to your health condition.
The clinical studies show that the majority of patients are able to maintain the results 6 months after their treatment series. However, we recommend booking another consultation a few months after your treatments to see if you may benefit from any additional treatments.
We usually recommend a series of six treatments, twice a week for three weeks, for optimal results - but this can be less depending on your personal needs.

Other contraindications that exclude someone from Emsella treatment include:

having any implanted defibrillators or neurostimulators

hemorrhagic conditions
anticoagulation therapy
heart disorders
malignant tumor
amongst others.
