Experienced Dermal Therapist

WAUCHOPE CLINIC

  • As a Dermal Therapist, you will play an important role in helping our clients achieve their long-term skin goals while delivering effective, results-driven treatments in a supportive and welcoming environment.

    • Assessing each client’s skin concerns and desired results, and recommending appropriate at-home skincare products from our Cult Skincare line, alongside in-clinic treatments that align with their goals and budget

    • Providing an encouraging and effective treatment experience for every client

    • Adapting each treatment to suit the client’s unique skin needs or issues

    • Maintaining efficiency and cleanliness, ensuring the treatment room is always presented beautifully and maintained for each client

    • Processing payments and rebooking clients for further treatments as required

    • Clearly explaining treatments and confidently answering client questions

  • (or most of, with the ability to quickly learn and master remaining treatments)

    • Comprehensive skin consultations

    • Advanced facials

    • LED light therapy

    • Microdermabrasion

    • SkinPen® Microneedling

    • RF Microneedling

    • Chemical peels

    • SkinWave Hydration Facials

    • PRIN Lymphatic Facials

    • Experience with IPL and laser treatments is a strong advantage

    • Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Science

    • Strong practical experience in skin treatments and facials

    • In-depth understanding of skin physiology and skincare products

    • Confidence in treatment planning, product recommendations, and adapting treatments to achieve optimal results

    • A genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin

    • Excellent communication skills, with a professional yet warm and friendly manner

    • High standards of hygiene, organisation, and clinic presentation

    • Be part of a small, supportive, and welcoming team

    • Work in a clinic focused on delivering real, lasting results for clients

    • Flexible casual shifts, up to two days per week

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dermal Therapist to join our small and friendly team at our Wauchope clinic. This is a casual role for up to two days per week, with flexibility and the opportunity to grow alongside our thriving clinic.
